Paid Accounts (Usage Credits Model)

Firm Fit Ltd offers its premium, AI-powered legal tools through a user-friendly model of usage credits. This model enables users to purchase credits that are then consumed as they access various legal tools and services, providing flexibility and alignment of costs with actual usage.

Purchasing and Using Credits:

Users can buy usage credits in various packages, tailored to their expected usage levels. These credits are deducted from the user’s account balance based on their consumption of Firm Fit Ltd’s legal tools. The specific rates at which credits are consumed for different services are transparently in the account management section of user accounts.

Credit Expiration:

To maintain account and service efficacy, purchased usage credits will expire 24 months after the date of purchase if not used. This expiration policy ensures the continuous optimization of our services and resources. Users are encouraged to manage their credits wisely and take advantage of the full value within this period.

Consumption Order:

Credits are consumed on a first-in first-out (FIFO) basis. This means that credits purchased first will be used before those purchased later, ensuring an orderly and logical consumption of credits. This policy aids in the straightforward tracking and utilization of credits over time.

Non-Refundable Credits:

Once purchased, usage credits are non-refundable. This policy stands even if credits are not utilized before the expiration period. Firm Fit Ltd is committed to clear communication regarding credit consumption and expiration policies, helping users make informed decisions.

Changes to Consumption Rates:

Firm Fit Ltd reserves the right to modify consumption rates for usage credits. Any such changes will be communicated with ample notice to all users, allowing for informed planning and usage.

By purchasing usage credits, users agree to these revised terms, acknowledging the structure around credit expiration and consumption order. Our aim is to provide a fair, transparent system that allows users access to vital legal tools that match their consumption habits and needs.

Firm Fit Ltd is committed to providing high-quality, reliable legal tools and services to all our users. To maintain the integrity of our services and ensure a secure and respectful environment, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts under certain conditions.

Suspension of Services:

An account may be temporarily suspended in cases of suspected unauthorized or fraudulent use, violation of our terms and conditions or applicable laws, or if we detect unusual activity that could affect service security or integrity. Firm Fit Ltd may terminate an account if:
– Violations of terms and conditions occur.

User-Initiated Cancellation:

Users have the right to cancel their account at any time. Instructions for self-service cancellation are provided in the user account management section. Upon account cancellation, users will lose access to any remaining credits or services at the end of their billing cycle.

Users may appeal a suspension or termination decision by contacting Firm Fit Ltd’s support team, detailing the grounds for appeal. We are committed to reviewing all appeals fairly and will communicate the outcome of the review process promptly.
